- Dashboard CV – helping in quick short listing of candidates. We make sure CV has complete information Including percentage marks for all educational qualifications, career progression, dates for all work experience, special achievements, accurate description of his/her job responsibilities.
- MIS - maintain trackers for all positions which is shared with us.
- Ensure prospective candidates have all necessary documents required for smooth on boarding.
- Conduct reference check of the candidate & provide feedback to the clients.
- Post-offer, we keep the candidate warm and the client posted regarding any changes in candidates intention much before the joining date.
- Connect with Candidate after joining about his experience as he advocates the company for future hires.
- We also provide professional guidance, where required, to the candidates for a smooth transition.
